Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you are an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and positive attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and clients.
  • Maintain the reception area in an orderly and presentable manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • We have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with clients professionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
