Job Opportunity: Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel accommodations.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems, ensuring they are up to date and organized.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
