Job Opportunity: Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel accommodations.
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems, ensuring they are up to date and organized.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Location: Dubai
