Description:

Administrative-Assistant

  • • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • • Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues.
  • • Don’t Management: Preparing, editing, and filing don’ts, reports, and presentations.
  • • Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the workspace is efficient and orderly.
  • • Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets.
  • • Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information as needed.
  • • Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, or basic bookkeeping as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
