Administrative-Assistant
- • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- • Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- • Don’t Management: Preparing, editing, and filing don’ts, reports, and presentations.
- • Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the workspace is efficient and orderly.
- • Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets.
- • Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information as needed.
- • Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, or basic bookkeeping as required.
