Auto Painter
The Painter and Denter will be responsible for performing skilled tasks related to the repair and refinishing of vehicle exteriors. This role involves repairing dents, scratches, and damaged panels, as well as preparing surfaces for painting and applying various types of paint to vehicles. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, strong problem- solving skills, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Match and mix paint colors to the original or desired finish.
- Apply primer, paint, clear coats, or other finishes using spray guns or other painting equipment.
- Inspect paint jobs for quality, ensuring no overspray, drips, or missed areas.
- Perform polishing and buffing to remove imperfections and achieve a high- quality finish.
