Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report preparation.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve call center goals and targets.
Requirements: Call Center Associates Jobs In DUBAI
- Proven experience as a call center associate or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
