We are a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Burjuman, Dubai, known for our luxurious accommodations and exceptional guest service. As we continue to enhance our offerings, we are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to join our team and provide our guests with outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing in Dubai.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide guests with accurate directions and information about the local area.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage luggage services and assist with room deliveries as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
Requirements: Concierge For Hotel in Burjuman, UAE
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai, especially the Burjuman area, and its attractions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
