Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, including those who may be upset or frustrated
