We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai’s hotel and restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, assist with order support, resolve issues efficiently, and educate customers on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Support:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and making modifications.
- Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of orders.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Education:
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and support to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Work Environment:
- The role typically involves working in an office or call center environment within the hotel/restaurant industry.
- May require sitting for extended periods and using a computer and telephone.
