Customer Interaction:
Responding to Inquiries: Handling customer questions via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
Providing Information: Offering detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
Issue Resolution:
Handling Complaints: Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Troubleshooting: Assisting customers in solving problems related to products or services.
Order Management:
Processing Orders: Managing customer orders, including placing, tracking, and modifying orders.
Returns and Exchanges: Facilitating returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
