Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
• Verify data by reviewing, correcting, or deleting outdated records.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cross-referencing information and performing quality checks.
• Assist with the generation of reports and data summaries as needed.
• Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to address data inconsistencies or errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive company information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
