Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the day care center.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s day and progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space for children.
- Monitor and guide children’s behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement daily activities and routines.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements: Day Care Staff For Nursery School Job In Dubai, UAE
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
- Previous experience working with children in a day care, preschool, or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic understanding of child development and safety practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
