Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, social, and emotional development.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring all dietary needs are met.
- Assist with daily routines, including diapering, toileting, dressing, and napping.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about their child’s day and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including play areas, restrooms, and eating spaces.
- Implement and follow daily schedules and lesson plans.
- Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance in resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements: Day Care Staff Jobs in Dubai
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a day care or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet other licensing requirements.
