Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and materials related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Handle and transport real estate materials with care, including sensitive documents and property-related items.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with team members and real estate agents to meet delivery schedules and requirements.
Requirements:
- Mid-level experience as a delivery driver, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and operate delivery vehicles safely.
