Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including special promotions and dietary options.
- Set up tables and dining areas before service and clear them afterward.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements: F & B Staff Wanted in Dubai UAE
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
