We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist for our company.
Responsibilities:
- • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- • Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the company, products, or services.
- • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, don’t preparation, and filing.
- • Maintain and update employee directories, phone lists, and other relevant information.
