1. HR Executive Cum Property Manager required for a Trading and Engineering Services Company based in DIP 1 with 130 team members, Role includes managing the Hiring, Termination, Contract extension, update details of the employee files, issuing and renewing local employment contracts, tracking leaves and coordinating with medical insurance brokers. 
2. Property management requires overseeing the daily operations, role requires tenant management, rent collection, property inspections, maintaining files and maintenance coordination. Salary: 5000 AED all inclusive.
