- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Schedule and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to manage delivery timelines.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock levels and inventory management.
- Resolve delivery, transportation, and logistics issues promptly.
- Maintain logs, records, and reports related to logistics operations.
- Implement and monitor processes for cost savings and increased efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
