Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our logistics department. The ideal candidate will manage shipment schedules, warehouse operations, transportation, and documentation to ensure smooth and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
Plan and monitor import and export activities, ensuring compliance with UAE customs and documentation requirements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse and transport operations.
Evaluate logistics performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Supervise and train logistics staff; coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
