MEP Supervisor Job In Dubai
The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the hotel property. This role ensures that all systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with hospitality standards to provide uninterrupted guest comfort and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical Systems
Supervise HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems).
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure optimal temperature control in guest rooms and public areas.
Oversee boiler operations, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
2. Electrical Systems
Supervise electrical panels, generators, transformers, and UPS systems.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and backup systems readiness.
Monitor lighting systems (guest rooms, façade, public areas).
Conduct load monitoring and energy optimization.
3. Plumbing Systems
Supervise water supply systems, pumps, and tanks.
Monitor drainage and sewage systems.
Ensure proper functioning of hot & cold water systems.
Oversee water treatment plants (STP/WTP) if applicable.
4. Preventive Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain detailed service logs and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC services.
