We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other business-related tasks
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements: Office Assistant Job In Dubai, UAE
