Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and tracking, as well as returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to address and resolve customer needs.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management for resolution.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Contribute to the team’s goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
