Position: Sales Boy/Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
- Ensure that shelves are stocked, organized, and well-presented.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions at the checkout, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including tidying up displays and common areas.
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal sales events.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting and stocking.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
