Job Opportunity: School Bus Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with boarding and disembarking the bus safely.
- Ensure students are seated and buckled up properly during the journey.
- Maintain order and discipline on the bus, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Assist the bus driver in ensuring the bus is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Conduct headcounts and ensure all students are accounted for during pick-up and drop-off.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding any transportation issues or concerns.
- Provide assistance to students with special needs or those requiring extra help.
- Follow all safety protocols and school policies to ensure the wellbeing of students.
Requirements: School Bus Attendant Job in Dubai, UAE
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain order among a group of children.
- A responsible and caring attitude towards children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
