Responsibilities: Security Guard Job in Dubai, UAE
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Control access to the facility by screening employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and report any potential hazards or security breaches.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.
- Valid security guard license or certification (if required by local regulations).
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance and demeanor.
