Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock is properly logged and stored.

Organize and arrange products in the storeroom/warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.

Monitor stock levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Conduct regular inventory audits and report any variances to the supervisor.

Issue materials and supplies to production or other departments as needed.

Ensure that the storeroom is kept clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and returns.

Prepare and manage documentation related to inventory transactions.

Assist with the preparation of inventory reports and other related tasks as required.

Requirements: Storekeeper Job in UAE

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory manager, or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
