We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with the ability to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Description:

Position: Supply Chain and Logistics Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5001-7000
Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and conditions.
• Oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze supply chain data and generate reports for management to inform decision-making.
• Implement and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain and Logistics Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
