Job Opportunity Teacher Assistant for Primary School
Responsibilities:
- Assist the primary school teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Support students with their learning activities and ensure they understand the material.
- Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and school outings.
- Provide additional support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a teacher assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or childcare are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
