Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements and ensuring proper storage.

- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments as needed, following proper procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to reorder items as necessary.
- Handle the documentation of stock receipts, returns, and dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations to prevent damage or loss of inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the storeroom.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
