Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments of goods and materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements and ensuring proper storage.

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure stock levels are accurate.
Issue materials and supplies to departments as needed, following proper procedures.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to reorder items as necessary.
Handle the documentation of stock receipts, returns, and dispatches.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations to prevent damage or loss of inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the storeroom.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
