Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and drink orders using order slips or a POS system.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and requests.
- Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Prepare bills and process payments.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Follow all relevant health department regulations and hotel procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and flexibility to work in shifts.
- Attention to detail and patience with customers.
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma food safety training is a plus.
