We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will be essential in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
