Responsibilities: Waiter/ Waitress Jobs in UAE

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Handle payments and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Clear tables and clean dining areas, resetting them for the next guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as cleaning and organizing the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements: Waiter/ Waitress Jobs in UAE

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
