- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information on menu items and specials.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure that tables are set correctly and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing information to guests.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas for events and functions.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with all food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements: Food & Beverage Staff Job in UAE
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role or similar hospitality position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
