We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish bathroom amenities.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly and stored properly.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a housekeeping attendant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
